How fast is delivery?
Most orders are delivered within a few hours, and always within 24 hours. Credentials arrive by email and in your Library.
What exactly do I receive?
A full game account with the title pre-loaded. You sign in and play — no separate keys or downloads to hunt for.
Authenticity
Are these genuine games?
Yes. Every account runs the genuine game on its platform (Steam, Epic, Ubisoft, EA, GOG). We check each account before it ships.
Account safety
Can I change the account password?
Please keep the delivered credentials as-is so our warranty can protect you. If you change recovery details, we may not be able to help with a replacement.
Refunds
What if the account stops working?
Report the issue from My Library. We replace the account or refund you within 7 days of delivery.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all major credit and debit cards. Prices are in INR.
